2. Reservation and Booking
2.1. Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a specified deposit.
2.2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. A full refund will be provided for cancellations made within this time frame. After this period, a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay may apply.
2.3. Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges, subject to availability.
3. Guest Conduct
3.1. Behavior: Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow to the resort's rules and regulations. Any illegal activities or behaviour that disturbs other guests will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
3.2. Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the resort/hotel property during their stay. Costs for damages will be charged to the guest's account.
4. Liability
4.1. Personal Belongings: The resort/hotel is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safes provided.
4.2. Injury: The resort/hotel is not responsible for any injuries sustained on the property, except where such injuries are caused by negligence on the part of the resort/hotel staff.
5. Payment and Charges
5.1. Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. All payments must be settled at the time of check-out.
5.2. Additional Charges: Any additional services or amenities used during the stay, such as dining, will be added to the guest's final bill.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website or directly to guests.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
